Effective Monday, January 4th, 2010 Fike’s printing house, Aspen Printing, will be packaging literature pieces differently when they are shipped. To avoid damaged binders, materials that go into the 3-ring product binders will now be packaged separately from the actual binders. In addition, any literature updates or revisions that have occurred since the last printing of the binders, will now be noted, printed and placed in the inside pocket. Companies that order the literature are responsible for replacing the document(s) throughout the binder with the updated piece(s). Order Processing Timeframes The following is a general timeframe for literature orders received through the website after they have begun processing 24 hours for pre-printed items (brochures, sales sheets) 3-5 business days for on-demand printed literature (data sheets, technical bulletins, product highlights) 3-5 business days for product binders
