As Aspen is not a manufacturer (but rather, a distributor of quality products), our primary customer service measurement is our "fill rate."  This is defined as the percentage of orders that are shipped complete (not with some portion on "back order" status).  For Fiscal Year 2015, Aspen's enterprise-wide fill rate was 98.6%.  In other words, 98.6 out of 100 orders are shipped complete, with no lagging stock or "back-order" product.  Through efficiency, our fiscal year 2016 goal would be to approach 100% fill rate.
