Aspen allows most customer service decisions to be made at the lowest possible levels (closest to the end-user).  Most customer service decisions, therefore can be made by your Aspen Account Sales Representative.

Aspen Account Sales Representatives are assigned to your account based on gross volume purchased monthly.  Aspen continually reviews account status to ensure that the appropriate number of representatives are dedicated to customer accounts.  Initially, a single Account Sales Representative will be assigned to an account.  As the account grows (or perhaps your requirements change), second level support will be assigned and you will be notified.
